I work in a small law office where there was an issue syncing a folder into dropbox on my PC only while everyone else had access to this shared folder. I found GoInsta on Thumbtack and hired them after a brief conversation with Piero. They were able to repair the issue in two sessions (it was the end of the work day for me)! Marcie picked up phone the next day, as stated, and she did an amazing job informing Piero of that I was on the phone and they both troubleshooted the issue. Marcie even agreed to stay on speakerphone in case I was needed, sent me a receipt of my upfront payment, advised me where to find their company policy, and professionally handled my issue. She made sure the issue was corrected AND working properly before disconnecting the call. The best part is that their service comes with a 30 day warranty and a discount (at this time) for any other PC's. GO, GoINSTA REPAIR!!!

I reached out to Goinsta Repairs after being locked out of my desktop due to an "automatic repair loop". Marcie was quick in getting me set up with their I.T. Specialist Piero, for him to work on my computer remotely. After a few hours, he was able to get back into my system and started working on a list of problems, primarily malware and viruses.
