You (“You”, “Client” or “Your” means you or, for services designed for businesses, the legal entity that you are authorized to represent and on whose behalf the Services are purchased) are indicating your acceptance of, and agree to be bound to the Terms and Conditions set forth below by using GoInsta Repairs (“We”, “our”, or “us”), it’s website: www.goinstarepairs.com (“website” or “site”), or by submitting any information to GoInsta Repairs. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth below, you must exit the website immediately.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL GOINSTA REPAIRS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT ARE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RELATED TO THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE, OR SERVICES EVEN IF GOINSTAREPAIRS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN NO EVENT SHALL GOINSTA REPAIRS HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION FOR MORE THAN THE PURCHASE PRICE OF ANY ITEMS OR SERVICES YOU PURCHASED FROM GOINSTA REPAIRS IN THE APPLICABLE TRANSACTION. USE OF THE WEBSITE IS COMPLETELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
GoInsta Repairs will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve your computer or tech support problem for a fee as set forth in the Site or as quoted on the telephone, as applicable. GoInsta Repairs may provide certain portions of its service via telephone, remote control session, online chat, email, or dispatching onsite technicians. GoInsta Repairs provides services that are available on a one-time basis, for a fee as well as subscription services, which are an entitlement to more than one service over a period of time, for a recurring fee. It also provides components or computing equipment.
2. ORDER SUBMISSION
You may order services from GoInsta Repairs by calling GoInsta Repairs or through the official shop on the website https://goinstarepairs.com/shop. Fees for our services can be found on our “Our Services” page https://goinstarepairs.com/our-services/.
Some services, components and computers ordered receive customized quotes by phone and/or email. Once you place an order you agree to pay for such service(s), product(s) as well as taxes, service fees and/or shipping costs.
Additional terms and conditions for each type of service are as follows:
We will perform tune-up on computer as indicated in the website regarding this service option.
Onsite service shall be billed at the package rate quoted via telephone for all time spent on work site. Labor will be billed in 30-minute increments based on the hourly rate of $99/hr. Excess time will not be charged if technician only spends 14 minutes over the time purchased. Eg.:
- Customer has purchased a 2-hour Onsite service and the Technician spends 14 minutes or less after those 2 hours. In this scenario, no extra time will be charged.
- Customer has purchased a 2-hour Onsite for $190.00 service and the Technician is onsite for 2 hours and 20 minutes. The extra 20 minutes are calculated based on the hourly rate and rounded to the nearest half-hour, $49.50.
A one-hour minimum will be billed or discounted for the remaining time from a previous service (if there is any time left) for any site visit to the Client.
If customer wishes to use the time remaining from a previous Onsite Package, customer will be charged a service call fee of $ 25.00
Time remaining for future use only applies for 3, 4, and 5-hour Onsite Packages.
The 2-hour Onsite Package is a one-time-use service that allows the technician to be on-site for a maximum of two hours. No time remaining will be saved in the customer’s account for future use.
Insta Care+ (plus) Unlimited Remote Support Service Annual Plan:
Once agreed, you will be charged $149 for the first year. Thereafter, your annual renewals will be charged at a price of $169. This year-long subscription fee will be charged indefinitely during subsequent years unless you call or email us letting us know you wish to cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time, however, all annual charges prior to cancellation are non-refundable. The subscription fee grants you unlimited access to our online remote services, but you are not entitled to a refund if you did not utilize the service. Refunds for past subscription charges will not be made. You are responsible for plan fees up until the time of cancellation. Some clients may be charged a lesser annual amount due to promotions or discounted price offers. The company reserves the right to modify any other benefit, included in the plan initially purchased, at the time of subscription renewal.
Insta Care* (star) Unlimited Remote Support Service Semiannual Plan:
Once agreed, you will be charged $69 for the first six months. Thereafter, your semiannual renewal will be charged at a price of $99 per six months. This semiannual subscription fee will be charged indefinitely unless you call or email us letting us know you wish to cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time, however all semiannual charges prior to cancellation are non-refundable. The subscription fee grants you unlimited access to our online remote services, but you are not entitled to a refund if you did not utilize the service. Refunds for past subscription charges will not be made. You are responsible for plan fees up until time of cancellation. Some clients may be charged a lesser annual amount due to promotion or discounted price offer. The company reserves the right to modify any other benefit, included in the plan initially purchased, at the time of subscription renewal.
Insta Care Basic Unlimited Remote Support Service Monthly Plan:
Once agreed you will be charged $24.99 for the first month. Thereafter your monthly renewal will be charged at a price of $39.99 per month. This fee will be charged indefinitely during subsequent months unless you call or email us letting us know you wish to cancel your subscription. Telephone and email reminders of available service will be made and sent to subscriber regularly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, however all monthly charges prior to cancellation are non-refundable. The subscription fee grants you unlimited access to our online remote services, but you are not entitled to a refund if you did not utilize the service. Some clients may be charged a lesser monthly amount due to promotion or discounted price offer.
Payments are secured via credit card information or ACH banking information provided by the client during order submission. Client agrees to not dispute charges with Credit Card Company.
Uncollected balances over 90 days will be considered in default and subject the Client to court costs, collection agency fees, and/or legal fees incurred in collection.
Credit card and ACH/ETF billing:
You hereby authorize GoInsta Repairs to charge and/or place a hold on your credit card or electronic debit banking information you provide with respect to any unpaid charges for services or products. You authorize the issuer of the credit card or bank to pay any amounts described herein without requiring a signed receipt and you agree that these charges are to be accepted as authorization to the issuer of the credit card or bank to pay any amounts described herein without requiring a signed receipt and you agree that these charges are to be accepted as authorization to the issuer of the credit card to pay all such amounts. You authorize GoInsta Repairs to continue to attempt to charge and/or place holds with respect to all sums described herein, or any portion thereof, to your credit card or bank until such amounts are paid in full. You agree to provide GoInsta Repairs with updated credit card or banking information upon GoInsta Repairs’s request and any time the information you previously provided is no longer valid. You acknowledge and agree that neither GoInsta Repairs nor any GoInsta Repairs affiliated company will have any liability whatsoever for any non-sufficient funds or other charges incurred by you as a result of such attempts to charge, and/or place holds on, your credit card or bank account. If you mistakenly provide a debit card number, instead of a credit card number, you authorize all charges described herein to be applied to such debit card unless and until you provide a credit card number. In the event, you are enrolled or later enroll, in an automatic payment or electronic funds transfer plan, you agree that all sums described herein may be charged, at GoInsta Repairs option, to the account number provided for such automatic payment or electronic funds transfer plan. When payment is made by credit card or debit card, payment will also be subject to the terms and conditions established by the credit or debit card issuer. If charges cannot be processed through your credit card, or if your bank draft or electronic funds transfer is returned for insufficient funds, we may charge you an additional $25.00 per transaction.
Clients are responsible for all labor hours and/or services performed and expenses incurred until cancellation. Additional terms for specific service options are more particularly described below. Refund requests will be considered for the following reasons:
Insta Flat Rate
We were unable to start a remote connection after the service fee has been charged.
If you ask to cancel the initial service request within 48 hours of purchase and we never connected to your computer, you will be entitled to a full refund.
If we cannot fix or solve your computer problem. *
*For computers running on Windows 7 OS. Please note that we may attempt to repair, but cannot guarantee success in the long term due to Windows 7 OS no longer being supported by Microsoft. Windows 7 OS computers are subject to a 7 day warranty on remote services.
On-site technician is unable to fix your computer problem.
On-site technician does not show up to the appointment and no re-schedule request was submitted to you.
However, onsite service orders that are cancelled by you (within 24 hours or less of the date and time slot of the appointment) will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.
Failure to cancel and upon arrival of the technician to the site, a $99 (discounted one-hour fee) will be imposed.
Insta Care Unlimited Remote Support Service Plan:
Request for refunds for unused subscription services is accepted upon written request from subscribers.
4. RETURN POLICY
We take returns/exchanges only if the item was broken or damaged before it arrived at your home or business.
We only consider return requests for damaged goods within the first 30 days (since the purchase date). A warranty after 30 days is provided by the manufacturer. Warranty period and conditions vary depending on the item and the manufacturer. (Refer to item URL for more information)
Restocking fee of 15%.
Refunds after the return was approved will be processed after it is confirmed that the item is back in our warehouse. The company reserves the right to modify the restocking fee at any time.
Products that are not eligible for return will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received and is:
- Not purchased from GOINSTA REPAIRS.
- Without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial numbers.
- A product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
- A product that exhibits physical damage.
- A product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate.
- We do not accept returns if a customer happens to be unsatisfied with a fully functional product.
- Products purchased under clearance are not returnable
Online service (Insta Flat Rate) may not be successful because the problem may be beyond our ability to resolve remotely online. Some problems require onsite service for completion. We will credit your account for online fees towards 1 hour of onsite service. If the job requires more than 1 hour, labor will be billed in 30-minute increments Excess time will not be charged if the technician only spends 14 minutes over the time purchased.
If you choose not to receive onsite service you are not entitled to a refund for online service.
Insta-Flat Rate includes a 30-day warranty. The warranty is not valid if the customer did not report service problems or dissatisfaction prior to 30 days from us informing you of the completion of service.
All products will be billed at quoted prices. We are not responsible for product warranties. All product warranties must be handled directly with the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. We will assist you in contacting the manufacturer and getting an exchange or support if requested, but this does not constitute that we are responsible for the product warranty.
6. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OF SERVICE
GoInsta Repairs may change the terms and conditions of the Service from time to time. Upon any change in the terms and conditions of the Agreement, GoInsta Repairs will notify you by posting the changes to the site from which you purchased the Services. GoInsta Repairs reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to Customer. GoInsta Repairs shall not be liable to Customer or any third party should GoInsta Repairs exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. Customer’s continued use of the Service constitutes an affirmative agreement by Customer to abide and be bound by these Service Terms and its modifications.

8. CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO BACK-UP DATA
Customer agrees that prior to GoInsta Repairs servicing any Customer equipment, it is Customer’s responsibility to (1) back up the data, software, information, or other files stored on Customer’s computer disk drives, peripherals, MP3 player, DVD player, camcorder, digital camera and/or on any other electronic storage device; and (2) remove all videotapes, compact disks, floppy disks, laser disks, cassettes, DVDs, film or other media from Customer’s product. Customer agrees that whether or not Customer requests back-up services from GoInsta Repairs and/or its third-party service provider, neither GoInsta Repairs nor its third-party service provider shall be liable under any circumstances for any loss, disclosure, alteration, or corruption of any data, software, information, files, videotapes, compact disks, floppy disks, laser disks, cassettes, DVDs, film or other media.
