GoInsta Repairs provides a vital service: quality on demand technical support 7days a week at a very reasonable rate. We paid $99 for diagnostic support and that wasn’t until after the technician talked to us for awhile and understood what the problem was and thought he could help. Our technician was an amazing professional spending hours in the phone on the weekend trying to help us boot up a 2015 iMac. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable. I highly recommend GoInsta and will definitely use them again when I need tech support. Our tech was awesome! He never gave up... even when we did. He is just a superb tech and person. 100% recommend them and the service. Thanks for all your hard work GoInsta!!

I would highly recommend this team to anyone who needs a computer specialist. They were very courteous and PATIENT! I felt safe and confident in their hands. They did the "cleaning up" of my computer and he was so helpful to answer all my questions and plainly explained what steps I needed done to make my PC run smoothly and fast again! I would 100% recommend them!

I couldn't get the connection between my computer and my printer to work. Golnsta Repairs responded quickly and solved my problem completely to my satisfaction all done remotely from their location. Job done fast, efficiently, and professionally.

My experience was great! I reached out to GoInsta and in less than 5 minutes got a response back. We agreed on the project- the tech joined the call and got on my system and went to work. They helped with purchase of the license and then handled the installation and fixing some system issues I had. Checked my virus protection software, identified and made some needed system updates. I have a few enterprise issues to get resolved which will happen this week (due to my former employer) which I know GoInsta Repairs will get resolved. These folks are good technicians with great customer service - they listen and helped me understand the issues and then resolved them. I’m a happy customer that will return for assistance when needed.

Our technician Piero was an amazing professional spending hours in the phone on the weekend trying to help us boot up a 2015 iMac. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and tenacious never wanting to give up. Ultimately we realized we had a corrupted hard drive so he was unable to solve our problem but we felt like we got our money’s worth. If he had resolved the problem it would have only been an additional $40. I highly recommend GoInsta and will definitely use them again when I need tech support.
