My experience was great! I reached out to GoInsta and in less than 5 minutes got a response back. We agreed on the project- the tech joined the call and got on my system and went to work. They helped with purchase of the license and then handled the installation and fixing some system issues I had. Checked my virus protection software, identified and made some needed system updates. Ultimately we realized we had a corrupted hard drive so he was unable to solve our problem but we felt like we got our money’s worth.
