I work in a small law office where there was an issue syncing a folder into dropbox on my PC only while everyone else had access to this shared folder. I found GoInsta on Thumbtack and hired them after a brief conversation with Piero. They were able to repair the issue in two sessions (it was the end of the work day for me)! Marcie picked up phone the next day, as stated, and she did an amazing job informing Piero of that I was on the phone and they both troubleshooted the issue. Marcie even agreed to stay on speakerphone in case I was needed, sent me a receipt of my upfront payment, advised me where to find their company policy, and professionally handled my issue.
