You (“You”, “Client” or “Your” means you or, for services designed for businesses, the legal entity that you are authorized to represent and on whose behalf the Services are purchased) are indicating your acceptance of, and agree to be bound to the Terms and Conditions set forth below by using Go Instarepairs LLC (“We”, “our”, or “us”), it’s website: www.goinstarepairs.com (“website” or “site”), or by submitting any information to Go Instarepairs LLC. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth below, you must exit the website immediately.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL Go Instarepairs LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT ARE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RELATED TO THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE, OR SERVICES EVEN IF Go Instarepairs LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN NO EVENT SHALL Go Instarepairs LLC HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION FOR MORE THAN THE PURCHASE PRICE OF ANY ITEMS OR SERVICES YOU PURCHASED FROM Go Instarepairs LLC IN THE APPLICABLE TRANSACTION. USE OF THE WEBSITE IS COMPLETELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Go Instarepairs LLC will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve your computer or tech support problem for a fee as set forth in the Site or as quoted on the telephone, as applicable. Go Instarepairs LLC may provide certain portions of its service via telephone, remote control session, online chat, email, or dispatching onsite technicians. Go Instarepairs LLC provides services that are available on a one-time basis, for a fee as well as subscription services, which are an entitlement to more than one service over a period of time, for a recurring fee. It also provides components or computing equipment.
2. ORDER SUBMISSION
You may order services from Go Instarepairs LLCs by calling Go Instarepairs LLC or through the official shop on the website https://goinstarepairs.com/shop. Fees for our services can be found on our “Our Services” page https://goinstarepairs.com/our-services/.
Some services, components and computers ordered receive customized quotes by phone and/or email. Once you place an order you agree to pay for such service(s), product(s) as well as taxes, service fees and/or shipping costs.
Additional terms and conditions for each type of service are as follows:
- Encrypted using industry-standard protocols
- Established through private, secure networks
- Monitored and supervised by our technicians in real-time
Onsite service shall be billed at the package rate quoted via telephone for all time spent on work site. Labor will be billed in 30-minute increments based on the hourly rate of $99/hr. Excess time will not be charged if technician only spends 14 minutes over the time purchased. Eg.:
- Customer has purchased a 2-hour Onsite service and the Technician spends 14 minutes or less after those 2 hours. In this scenario, no extra time will be charged.
- Customer has purchased a 2-hour Onsite for $190.00 service and the Technician is onsite for 2 hours and 20 minutes. The extra 20 minutes are calculated based on the hourly rate and rounded to the nearest half-hour, $49.50.
A one-hour minimum will be billed or discounted for the remaining time from a previous service (if there is any time left) for any site visit to the Client.
If customer wishes to use the time remaining from a previous Onsite Package, customer will be charged a service call fee of $ 25.00
Time remaining for future use only applies for 3, 4, and 5-hour Onsite Packages.
The 2-hour Onsite Package is a one-time-use service for a maximum of two hours. No time remaining will be saved in the customer’s account for future use.
Go Instarepairs LLC may offer senior citizen discounts to our users. You may be asked to provide proof of age by stating your date of birth in order to be eligible for this discount.
Terms & Conditions for Insta Care Plans
Goinsta Repairs offers three subscription-based remote computer support plans designed for preventive maintenance. Each plan renews automatically and is charged upfront. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:
Insta Care+ (Annual Plan – $199/year, $169 first year)
- You will be charged $169.00 for the first year and $199.00 for each renewal, unless a promotional price applies.
Your subscription automatically renews every 12 months unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
To cancel, you must contact us by phone or email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
There are no refunds for unused services or past charges.
Your membership includes unlimited remote support services.
Prices and plan benefits may change at renewal, and we will notify you in advance.
Your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel.
Insta Care Star (6-Month Plan – $99 every 6 months)
- This is a semiannual subscription that begins on the date of purchase.
You will be charged $99.00 every 6 months, unless a promotional price applies.
Your subscription automatically renews every 6 months unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
To cancel, you must contact us by phone or email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
There are no refunds for unused services or past charges.
Membership includes unlimited remote support services.
We may adjust pricing or plan features at the time of renewal, with prior notice.
Your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel.
Insta Care Basic (Monthly Plan – $39/month)
- This is a month-to-month subscription that begins on the date of purchase.
You will be charged $39.00 every month, unless a promotional price applies.
Your subscription automatically renews every month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
To cancel, you must contact us by phone or email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
There are no refunds for unused services or past charges.
The subscription includes unlimited remote support services.
Pricing and features may be adjusted at renewal, with notice.
Your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel.
Payments & Billing Disputes
Payments are secured via credit card information or ACH banking information provided by the client during order submission.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us directly via email or call us at +1 720-604-0834. We’re committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly. By enrolling in a subscription plan, you agree to contact Goinsta Repairs to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
Delinquent Accounts
In the event of a failed payment or unpaid balance related to any subscription or service, Goinsta Repairs will make reasonable efforts to collect the amount owed. Any balance remaining unpaid for more than 90 days may be considered in default and subject to additional actions, including suspension of service, use of third-party collection agencies, and recovery of all associated costs, including collection agency fees, court costs, and reasonable attorney fees.
Credit card and ACH/ETF billing:
You hereby authorize Go Instarepairs LLC to charge and/or place a hold on your credit card or electronic debit banking information you provide with respect to any unpaid charges for services or products. You authorize the issuer of the credit card or bank to pay any amounts described herein without requiring a signed receipt and you agree that these charges are to be accepted as authorization to the issuer of the credit card or bank to pay any amounts described herein without requiring a signed receipt and you agree that these charges are to be accepted as authorization to the issuer of the credit card to pay all such amounts. You authorize Go Instarepairs LLC to continue to attempt to charge and/or place holds with respect to all sums described herein, or any portion thereof, to your credit card or bank until such amounts are paid in full. You agree to provide Go Instarepairs LLC with updated credit card or banking information upon Go Instarepairs LLC’s request and any time the information you previously provided is no longer valid. You acknowledge and agree that neither Go Instarepairs LLC nor any Go Instarepairs LLC affiliated company will have any liability whatsoever for any non-sufficient funds or other charges incurred by you as a result of such attempts to charge, and/or place holds on, your credit card or bank account. If you mistakenly provide a debit card number, instead of a credit card number, you authorize all charges described herein to be applied to such debit card unless and until you provide a credit card number. In the event, you are enrolled or later enroll, in an automatic payment or electronic funds transfer plan, you agree that all sums described herein may be charged, at Go Instarepairs LLC option, to the account number provided for such automatic payment or electronic funds transfer plan. When payment is made by credit card or debit card, payment will also be subject to the terms and conditions established by the credit or debit card issuer. If charges cannot be processed through your credit card, or if your bank draft or electronic funds transfer is returned for insufficient funds, we may charge you an additional $25.00 per transaction.
Clients are responsible for all labor hours and/or services performed and expenses incurred until cancellation. Additional terms for specific service options are more particularly described below. We will honor requests for refunds after you give us an opportunity to correct any problems. Refund requests must be submitted through your online account on Goinsta Repairs.

Insta Flat Rate Refund and Fix Policies
- If we couldn’t establish a remote connection after you paid the service fee, you can cancel the request within 48 hours and get a full refund.
- If we’re unable to fix your computer issue, we’ll work with you to find a solution.*For computers with outdated operating systems no longer supported by the manufacturer, we’ll try to repair them, but success isn’t guaranteed. Examples of such systems include Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10 after its end-of-life date on October 14, 2025, as well as macOS versions like High Sierra (10.13), Mojave (10.14), and earlier. In these cases, repairs come with a 7-day warranty.
On-site Services Refund and Appointment Cancellation Policies
- If the technician can’t fix your computer issue due to limitations on our part, not because of your device or actions, we’ll work with you to find a solution. Please note that our on-site services are for repair only and don’t include part replacements.
- If our technician fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, and you’ve confirmed the appointment time and details, we’ll provide a full refund for the service.
- A $30 cancellation fee applies to all onsite service order cancellations.
- If the technician arrives and you refuse the service, or if you cancel within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time (or later), you will be charged $120, equivalent to our 1-hour minimum service charge, since our basic hourly rate is $120 and we have a 1-hour minimum policy.
4. RETURN POLICY
We take returns/exchanges only if the product was delivered broken or damaged.
We only consider return requests for damaged goods within the first 30 days (since the purchase date). A warranty after 30 days is provided by the manufacturer. Warranty period and conditions vary depending on the item and the manufacturer.
Restocking fee of 15%.
Refunds after the return was approved will be processed after it is confirmed that the item is back in our warehouse. The company reserves the right to modify the restocking fee at any time.
5. WARRANTIES
Products that are not eligible for return will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received and is:
- Not purchased from Go Instarepairs LLC
- Without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial numbers.
- A product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
- A product that exhibits physical damage.
- A product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate.
- We do not accept returns if a customer happens to be unsatisfied with a fully functional product.
- Products purchased under clearance are not returnable
Services:
Remote Service (Insta Flat Rate) may not be successful because the problem may be beyond our ability to resolve remotely online. Some problems require onsite service for completion. We will credit your account for online fees towards 1 hour of onsite service. If the job requires more than 1 hour, labor will be billed in 30-minute increments Excess time will not be charged if the technician only spends 14 minutes over the time purchased.
If you choose not to receive onsite service you are not entitled to a refund for online service.
Insta-Flat Rate includes a 30-day warranty. The warranty is not valid if the customer did not report service problems or dissatisfaction prior to 30 days from us informing you of the completion of service.
Physical Products:
To place an order, you must be a registered with a valid e-mail (temporary email accounts are invalid) an active Goinsta Repairs account.
After your order is paid and completed, you will receive an e-mail with a summary of products you bought.
All products will be billed at quoted prices. We are not responsible for product warranties. All product warranties must be handled directly with the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. We will assist you in contacting the manufacturer and getting an exchange or support if requested, but this does not constitute that we are responsible for the product warranty.
– Digital Products/ Software (License Keys)
All software available for purchase through our shop is digital content.
To place an order, you must be a registered with a valid e-mail (temporary email accounts are invalid) an active Goinsta Repairs account.
After your order is paid and completed, you will receive an e-mail with a summary of products you bought and cancellations or refund requests will no longer be accepted.
Your license key or activation codes to the product(s) are added to your Goinsta Repairs account, right away.
You cannot return a product that has been paid and delivered.
For the purposes of this agreement, ‘delivery’ of a digital product is defined as the upload of the license key or activation codes on your Goinsta Repairs account.
Once the license key or activation codes has been uploaded to your Goinsta Repairs account, the product is ‘Non-returnable’, and you do not have the right to request a refund for the purchased digital product.
6. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OF SERVICE
Go Instarepairs LLC may change the terms and conditions of the Service from time to time. Upon any change in the terms and conditions of the Agreement, Go Instarepairs LLC will notify you by posting the changes to the site from which you purchased the Services. Go Instarepairs LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to Customer. Go Instarepairs LLC shall not be liable to Customer or any third party should Go Instarepairs LLC exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. Customer’s continued use of the Service constitutes an affirmative agreement by Customer to abide and be bound by these Service Terms and its modifications.

8. CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO BACK-UP DATA
Customer agrees that prior to GoInsta Repairs servicing any Customer equipment, it is Customer’s responsibility to (1) back up the data, software, information, or other files stored on Customer’s computer disk drives, peripherals, MP3 player, DVD player, camcorder, digital camera and/or on any other electronic storage device; and (2) remove all videotapes, compact disks, floppy disks, laser disks, cassettes, DVDs, film or other media from Customer’s product. Customer agrees that whether or not Customer requests back-up services from GoInsta Repairs and/or its third-party service provider, neither GoInsta Repairs nor its third-party service provider shall be liable under any circumstances for any loss, disclosure, alteration, or corruption of any data, software, information, files, videotapes, compact disks, floppy disks, laser disks, cassettes, DVDs, film or other media.
